There is a three part system workflow for Research & Scholarship. This happens with both automated and manual additions.
Entry in Progress: This is the first step and the Person User (faculty member) starts it when they click + Add new. When they feel that their entry is complete they can switch it to For Approval.
For Approval: This step is done by an Adminstrator or User with certain permissions. They can either Approve, Delete, or send the entry back to the Personal User for more edits. The Adminstrator can also make edits before approving the entry.
Approved: Once an entry is approved it will be visible on a profile. An approved entry can always be marked for re-validation if an error or issue is found.
Similar to the previous profile system, full-text works can not be uploaded due to copyright restrictions. If you wish for full-text works to be displayed for download on your profile, then a copyright restrictions and permissions check must be completed.
