Amy Gaimaro, Dean of Innovative Delivery MethodsDr. Amy Gaimaro leads a team of dedicated professionals who advance Molloy's mission of academic excellence. She oversees all blended and online learning initiatives for the Office of Academic Affairs. Amy is Co-Chair of the Blended and Online Learning Task Force. She researches and promotes innovative ways to deliver quality hybrid and online learning at the University. Susan Watters, Associate Director of Blended & Online Learning Susan Watters leads the design and implementation of faculty and student support activities related to quality blended and online learning. She draws upon her years of online teaching in higher education and the application of the Quality Matters Rubric to support quality course design. She also assists the Dean in planning and launching strategic blended and online learning initiatives. Ashley Morin, Assistant Director of Blended & Online Learning Ashley Morin assists in all aspects of developing, implementing, and providing continuous support for Molloy’s blended and online learning programs. Ashley liaises with Academic Support Services, Student Affairs, and Enrollment Management staff to ensure Molloy students receive appropriate support throughout their online learning experiences. |
Laurie Hallick, Instructional DesignerLaurie Hallick supports faculty in the design of quality web-enhanced, hybrid, and online courses. She meets with faculty one-on-one and facilitates online faculty development courses, workshops, and webinars. She applies her more than twenty years of experience working as a Professional Learning Specialist leading learning for teachers who desire to facilitate student success. Jason Schoen, Instructional DesignerJason Schoen has worked for over twenty years in higher education, with background in course design, curriculum development, outcomes assessment, and learner support services. He is an experienced workshop presenter and facilitator of face-to-face, blended, and fully online courses. Jason enjoys collaborating with faculty in one-on-one consultations to help them to achieve their vision of what the course experience can be for their students.
