This will depend on whether you are off-campus or not. If you are off-campus, remember to Login for Library access or go to Canvas and click the Library icon. You can try:
- refreshing the page
- using a different web browser
- try a different database link, if there are several listed in the View It section
- try using libkey.io or the citation linker to get the article by DOI or PMID
- chat with a librarian for help
- if the library is closed, email the library
