Clear the Cache (Updated February 2024)

Before clearing the cache/cookies it's a good idea to do a test in Incognito or Private Mode. If the resource works in that mode but not your normal web browser account, it is a good indicator that you need to clear your cache/cookies or that a web browser extension is interfering with your session.


Google Chrome (Version 121.0.2277.83)

  1. Click on the Menu Dots in the upper right corner.
  2. Cick on Clear Browsing Data.
  3. Click Clear Data.

Mozilla Firefox (Version 115.7.0esr)   

  1. Click the Menu Hamburger in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click on Privacy & Security.
  4. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data

Microsoft Edge (Version 114.0.1823.67)

  1. Click on the Menu Dots in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Settings. 
  3. Click Privacy, search, and services
  4. Slow to the Clear browsing data section and click on Choose what to clear

Safari (Version 13.1.1)

  1. Click Safari on the menu bar.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Click Privacy.
  4. Click Manage Website Data.
  5. Click Remove All.
  6. Click Remove Now.
