Looking for graphic novels in Ebook central is also done by a subject search. From the Ebook Central homepage, click Advanced Search
Put in the search term graphic novel. Change the search type from Keyword & Full Text to BISAC Subject Heading
Select "Owned and subscribed to by my library" then click Search.
