Environmental Science: The Search for Sources

Biodiversity at Molloy

The Molloy University community is documenting the biodiversity on Long Island through the online citizen science platform iNaturalist. Join the project Biodiversity at Molloy University to start contributing.

Learning to observe nature and identify species are important skills for those considering an environmental profession and useful skills for those who are interested in helping preserve the environment. iNaturalist helps us to collect all the information about species on and off campus gathered by anyone in the Molloy community. It is also a crowd-sourced species-occurrence documenting tool that is used by scientists.

Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to join Biodiversity at Molloy University to start contributing and following our work!
