Using the Collection
All collections are non-circulating and are retrieved for researchers upon request. Requests to view both processed and unprocessed materials require advanced notice. Please contact us with your request at least 3 working days prior to your planned visit.
Materials that are extremely fragile may only be handled by the Archivist. Please be aware that some items may be inaccessible due to their physical condition. Other items may be inaccessible per the donor’s request. All reference requests are subject to approval by the Archivist.
The Archives welcomes potential collection donations from Molloy community members, as well as external donors. Our collecting areas focus on Molloy, our Long Island community, and collections that support Molloy's academic programs. For more information, please email archives@molloy.edu.
